SE-V-B0001 - Standard Pre-Wired Enclosure with 1 Viega Basic Heating Control
This control enclosure simplifies the wiring of a radiant application with one temperature and the complete boiler wiring, including LWC and all burner connections. The enclosure also includes two outputs for high temperature applications with thermostat connections, domestic hot water output for circulator, and aquastat control.
How easy is it to install?
Mount the enclosure.
Hook up the line voltage to your switch. The whip is even included and connected in the enclosure.
Hook up the whips to each circulator.
Hook up the thermostat and low voltage connections to the connection bar provided.
Hook up the burner output and aquastat (again, the whip is included and connected in the enclosure).
Tie in the LWC if needed. If the LWC is not needed, jump out. The connection for this is provided.
That's it! This installation can be easily completed in two hours, saving approximately four hours of electrical labor and possible costly mistakes!

SE-V-PH003 - Custom Pre-Wired Enclosure for 3 Viega Zones (up to 9 Power Heads)
This custom pre-wired enclosure is for three Viega zones (up to nine power heads). This enclosure does not include a 50VA transformer or the power heads.
NOTE: If we build a custom control box with mixing temperatures, we can supply the voltage for all of the power head enclosures.
How easy is it to install?
Mount the enclosure.
Hook up power from a transformer to the power terminals marked.
Hook the thermostat wires to the locations marked.
Hook the power head wires to the corresponding terminals. NOTE: There is a third terminal for the thermostats in case a neutral is needed.

This control enclosure simplifies the wiring of a snow melt system using a Tekmar 664 snow melt control. We include the following: boiler supply sensor, mix return sensor, mix supply sensor, and snow and ice sensor.
